“Swan Dive” explores the beauty in triumphing the call of the void while simultaneously acknowledging the alluring nature of the pain that brought you there in the first place. However, when writing the song, my objective was not to glorify mental anguish and the thoughts that follow, but rather to safely ground you once the emotional trip ceases. It is a song intended to assist you on your journey by providing a good angel on your shoulder in the form of my own experiences".
